As soon as your label prints, we email a tracking link. It updates with every scan until the package reaches your door.
No movement yet?
It can take up to 48 hours after the label is created for the carrier to post the first scan. That's normal.
Need help?
If tracking hasn't moved in 3 business days, or it says delivered but nothing arrived, email support@veilmoor-ofc.com with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
