Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it first — just send photos and your order number.

- Email support@veilmoor-ofc.com with your order number — we send a return label and instructions the same business day
Damaged or wrong items
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We replace or fully refund it, shipping included.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
No restocking fees
We never charge restocking fees.
