What are the Halloween order deadlines?
Standard shipping: Tuesday, October 20. Express: Friday, October 23. Every product page shows its own date and flags anything that can't arrive in time.
Can props stay outside in wind and rain?
Wind-tested pieces include anchoring hardware and are rated for 25 mph gusts when installed as directed. Resin and fabric pieces are rated for outdoor use; bring electronics in before severe storms.
Do plug-in props include an adapter?
Yes, a UL/ETL-listed adapter ships with every plug-in piece. Cord length is listed on the product page.
What if a prop is too scary for my household?
Return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Details on Returns & Exchanges.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not this season — US addresses in all 50 states only.
Is everything in stock?
If you can add it to your cart, it's in a US warehouse. Sold-out items are removed instead of backordered.
How is sales tax calculated?
At checkout, based on your shipping address and state rules. The total shown before payment is final.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, until it leaves the warehouse. Email your order number right away.
Can I return a prop after using it?
No — returns are for unused items in original packaging. A prop that failed during use is covered by the warranty instead.
Is there a warranty?
Manufacturing defects are covered until January 31 of the following year. Normal wear, storm damage and incorrect installation are not covered.
My animatronic won't power on.
Check that the adapter is fully plugged in and the switch is on TRY-ME, not OFF. Still dead? Send a photo of the prop, the adapter label and your order number — we ship a replacement at no cost to you.
